Easy PB&J Chocolate Bars by Raia's Recipes

{Easy PB&J Chocolate Bars}
Free of grain, gluten, eggs & dairy.
2 c. dairy-free chocolate chips
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/2 c. strawberry jam

Cover a baking sheet or dish with foil. Melt the chocolate chips, half at a time. Using a rubber spatula, or a spoon, spread melted chocolate in two 1/8-inch thick rectangles on prepared baking sheet. Carefully spread peanut butter over one rectangle, and jam over the other. Melt the remaining chocolate chips and pour evenly over fillings. Smooth out with spatula to cover. Freeze for about 1/2 hour, then break into chunks. Store in the fridge.
