Banana Cream Cheese Brownies {Gluten, Egg & Sugar Free}

2 T. cocoa
3/4 c. rice flour
1/4 c. cornstarch (or other starch)
1 t. baking powder
1 t. guar gum
3 T. oil
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. cream cheese
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. smashed banana (about 1 medium)
2 t. vanilla
3/4 c. semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 325 and grease a 8x8 inch baking dish. In large bowl whisk together dry ingredients. In blender or food processor combine remaining ingredients (except chocolate chips) and process well. Pour over dry ingredients. Stir to combine and pour batter into prepared pan. Cover with chocolate chips and bake for about 30 minutes. Spread melted chocolate chips over baked brownies.
